About the Role: Your Impact as a Fiber Customer Support Analyst As a Fiber Customer Support Analyst at blithequark, you'll be the frontline representative for our customers, providing them with exceptional technical support and customer service. You'll be part of a dynamic tech support team in a call center environment, dedicated to resolving issues related to our Fios customers' voice, data, and video services. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting hardware, software, applications, networks, and devices, ensuring our customers enjoy uninterrupted service. Key Responsibilities: Responding to incoming customer calls regarding order inquiries and trouble reports, providing timely and effective solutions. Delivering top-notch service support for Voice, Data, and Video services, leveraging your knowledge of fiber and copper networks. Analyzing and isolating trouble conditions to create and sort trouble reports efficiently. Utilizing your understanding of communication and networking components to configure customer equipment and resolve technical issues. Communicating technical information clearly and professionally to customers, adapting your approach to suit different audiences. Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts, as required by the business needs. Essential Qualities and Skills: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment. A positive and professional attitude, with a customer-centric approach. Preferred Qualifications: A related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role. Previous technical support experience in a call center environment. While having these qualifications is advantageous, we're open to considering candidates who may not meet every 'preferred' criterion but possess the essential skills and qualities we're looking for.
