What You’ll Be Doing Partner with sales in providing pre-sales solutions to customers, with the goal of closing deals. Manage technical relationships with partners and third party integrators. Engage customer C-level (CTO, CIO) for product strategy alignment and IT team for implementation discussions. Design and architect secure, scalable, fault tolerant and cost-effective technical solutions for customers and/or third party vendors. Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. product development, infrastructure, compliance) to determine the product modules and settings for the customers. Provide timely feedback to product teams to ensure efficient implementation. What We Look For In You Experience in project management with financial institutions with complex scenarios. Familiar with business requirements (e.g. compliance) and system architecture of bank and securities clients. Excellent communication skills to explain technical solutions and lead cross-functional teams. Experience in building strong rapport, empathy, and trust with clients. Analytical ability to solve complex problems and break down into manageable components.
