We are expanding our practice and seeking a motivated Estate Planning Attorney to. This is an incredible opportunity for a former solo practitioner or small firm owner who wants to focus on practicing law, not managing a business.We take care of the marketing, billing, and admin, so you can focus on what matters most: your clients. Key Responsibilities • Handle limited conservatorship matters, including preparation, filing, and representation at court hearings. • Manage probate cases from start to finish, including petitions, administration, and court appearances. • Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate estate planning strategies. • Draft estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments.• Represent clients in court for conservatorship and probate matters. • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth case progression and excellent client service. • Train and develop knowledge in special needs planning, including special needs trusts and related strategies, with mentorship and support from senior attorneys.
