The role:At Curri, AI Software Engineers are at the forefront of innovation, responsible for developing and implementing intelligent solutions that revolutionize construction logistics. They work across multiple levels of our tech stack, with a particular focus on AI/ML implementations that enhance our delivery optimization and customer experience. We engage in advanced optimizations, including AI-powered route generation, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation systems. What you will do: Design and implement AI/ML solutions that enhance our logistics platform, focusing on scalable, production-ready systems that deliver immediate valueLead the development of multi-agent AI systems that improve delivery optimization and customer experienceBuild and optimize data pipelines that power our AI systems, ensuring efficient token usage and system performanceRapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven features, maintaining a balance between innovation and practical implementationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation and drive product improvementsTake ownership of AI initiatives from conception to production, including monitoring, optimization, and iterationDrive technical decisions around AI architecture, tooling, and best practices What you need to have: 4+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated expertise in AI/ML implementationsStrong foundation in TypeScript and Node.js, with experience or willingness to work with AI frameworks in the TypeScript ecosystem (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)Practical experience with multi-agent AI systems and agentic AI frameworksProven track record of deploying production-ready LLM code and optimizing token usage at scaleExperience with AI/ML visibility tooling and monitoring systemsStrong data analysis skills and experience working with large-scale datasetsExpertise in prompt engineering, RAG implementations, and LLM chain designAbility to write scalable, yet scrappy code that balances innovation with practical business needsDemonstrated bias towards action and rapid iterationLow-ego, product-centric mindset with a focus on delivering customer valueExperience working in fast-paced startup environmentsProficiency with our core tech stack (React, React Native, Postgres, Redis) Bonus points for: Experience building and maintaining AI agent orchestration systemsTrack record of implementing AI features that directly improved business metricsExperience with advanced LLM optimization techniques and custom model fine-tuningExperience integrating multiple AI providers and managing fallbacksFamiliarity with AI testing and evaluation frameworks What is in it for you?
