Software Design Co-op/Intern
Nokia is seeking a Software Design Co-op/Intern to join their team. In this role, you will work with a scrum team to design and develop software features, analyze project requirements, and implement testing strategies. Responsibilities Work with the scrum team to design and develop a feature in area of the Logical Inventory and Assurance area Analysis of Epic and Story Develop and implement test cases, strategies, and overall test plans to validate software functionality against project specifications Troubleshoot software bugs and coordinate to resolve complex issues efficiently Skills Currently a candidate for a Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field at an accredited school in Canada Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, React, and Redux Familiarity with GIT and protocols like NETCONF and GRPC Experience with the Linux operating system Strong problem-solving skills Knowledge of networking protocols like TCP/IP Basic knowledge of routing protocols like OSPF and BG Company Overview Nokia manufactures mobile devices, network infrastructure, and location-based technology for businesses.
