Social Media Manager We’re looking for a creative, trend-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media culture, knows how to spot trends early, and can create engaging short-form content that keeps our brand at the center of the conversation. Responsibilities • Create and post original content daily across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and X) • Stay ahead of social trends, audio, and format shifts to keep content fresh and relevant • Write strong, scroll-stopping captions and concepts that align with brand tone • Coordinate with internal team on campaign launches and product highlights • Track engagement, growth, and performance metrics to refine strategy • Manage posting schedule and ensure consistency across channels Requirements • Proven experience managing social platforms for a brand or agency • Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels, and short-form storytelling • Skilled in video editing (mobile or desktop), captioning, and sound syncing • Creative eye and ability to move fast on new ideas • Excellent communication and time-management skills Schedule • Post once daily across platforms • Flexible hours, remote-friendly Ideal Candidate A self-starter who can concept, film, and post without heavy direction—someone who knows what’s trending before it hits the Explore page.
