Short-Term Rental Social Media Strategist (Airbnb / Vacation Rentals) About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Social Media Strategist to help grow and optimize our short-term rental brand. This role is focused on increasing visibility, engagement, and ultimately driving more bookings through strategic content and social media management. If you understand how to turn content into conversions—not just likes—this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing: 1. Social Media Audit Review existing social media accounts and performance Identify gaps, weaknesses, and opportunities Provide actionable recommendations 2. Social Media Optimization Optimize bios, profiles, highlights, and links Ensure consistent branding across platforms Apply best practices for visibility and growth 3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Research target audience and booking behavior Analyze competitor strategies and content Identify trends in the short-term rental space 4. Strategy Development Create a clear social media strategy aligned with booking goals Define posting schedule, content pillars, and tone Set measurable goals (engagement, inquiries, bookings) 5. Content Planning Develop a monthly content calendar Plan campaigns, themes, and post ideas Provide direction for content creation 6.
