We are looking for a skilled Electrical Service Technician / Technical Customer Service Specialist to join our technical team in our Food & Beverage division supporting our customers across Greece. Location : Athens or nearby Scope : entire Greece Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled maintenance and service visits to ensure optimal equipment performance. Diagnose and repair issues, responding to emergency service calls and implementing effective solutions. Support new customer installations , ensuring proper setup and calibration. Provide training to customers on the safe and efficient use of dosing equipment and hygiene solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements Experience in electrical maintenance and mechanical installations . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Willingness to travel across Greece (up to two weeks per month ). Basic knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint . Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken) Experience in customer-facing technical support . Electrical qualification or equivalent. Valid, clean B-category driving license.
