**Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include:

* Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Meeting sales objectives as defined

**Qualifications**

We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be considered for this role, you must:

* Be Bilingual in Spanish and English
* Have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
* Be over 18 years of age
* Have the ability to type 25 wpm
* Be a High School Graduate or GED
* Be comfortable with desktop computer systems
* Possess proven oral and written communication skills
* Have 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
* Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills
* Be available to work various shifts
* Have the ability to use Windows operating systems
* Possess organization and work prioritization skills
* Have 6 months of sales experience, minimum
* Be able to work independently
* Be able to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
* Be able to stay composed and objective
* Possess strong listening skills
* Possess superior negotiating skills

**Work from Home Requirements**

To work from home as a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, you must:

* Have an internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
* Have an ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms
* Not use Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN for your internet connection
* Provide proof of internet speed
* Have a clean and quiet workspace
