Job Description
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to design user-centered solutions for complex Healthcare applications.
Lead UX design activities from discovery through delivery.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
Create personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
Design and maintain scalable design systems and UX standards.
Translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive experiences.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Present design concepts, recommendations, and research findings.
Support solutioning, estimation, and continuous UX improvement initiatives.
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability best practices across products.
