Were well-funded, having already secured several million dollars in backing. Our funding team has a strong track record, having previously built multiple successful startups, including several that scaled to hundreds of millions in valuation. Theyve raised significant venture capital and launched industry-leading products in their respective domains.
We need a Senior Backend Engineer with a strong focus on Go who can architect scalable systems, ship production-ready code, and own the entire deployment pipeline from local development to cloud infrastructure.
What You'll DoDesign and implement high-performance backend services in GoBuild and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and AzureOwn the DevOps pipeline from CI/CD to monitoring and alertingLead our SOC 2 compliance efforts, implementing security best practicesCreate robust APIs that power our AI-driven supply chain platformOptimize for performance, reliability, and cost across cloud providersAutomate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processesCollaborate with frontend engineers to design efficient data flowsMake architectural decisions that balance speed of delivery with long-term maintainability
You Should Have
5-10 years of backend development experienceStrong Go programming skills (minimum 2+ years preferred)Proven experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure not just one cloud providerDeep understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservicesHands-on DevOps experience (Docker, Kubernetes, Pulumi, etc.)Security-first mindset with understanding of compliance frameworksSelf-driven approach with ability to own projects end-to-endExperience shipping production systems that scale

SOC 2 compliance experience you've been through the audit processBuilt AI/ML infrastructure or data pipelines at scaleExperience with multi-cloud deployments and cost optimizationTrack record of improving developer velocity through tooling and automationBackground in supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software
