[Remote] D2C Program Manager

The role involves leading the orchestration and delivery of global D2C initiatives, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and driving execution excellence to achieve high-impact outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOwn the global program roadmap across all D2C initiatives, ensuring alignment of timelines, dependencies, and deliverablesBuild and maintain integrated project plans (e.g., Airtable, JIRA, or equivalent) across multiple teams and workstreamsDrive execution across concurrent initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budgetProactively identify, track, and resolve risks, blockers, issues, and interdependenciesManage agendas and drive content for key D2C public forums (monthly updates, deep dives, exec reviews, taskforce meetings)Deliver clear, concise, and actionable roadmap status updates to executive leadershipOwn day-to-day coordination with payments partners (e.g., PSPs, webstore vendors, orchestration platforms)Manage vendor deliverables, timelines, and maintenance schedules in partnership with internal teamsHold third-party partners accountable to performance, quality, and SLA commitmentsPartner closely with Playgami and internal platform teams on roadmaps, milestones, and rollout strategiesEnsure seamless coordination of platform capabilities (payments, identity, CRM, web infrastructure) into D2C initiativesImplement and continuously improve program management processes, tools, and reporting frameworksIdentify opportunities to streamline execution and scale D2C operations across the portfolioSkills7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or product delivery in a complex, cross-functional environmentProven track record of managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs across global teamsExperience in D2C, payments, e-commerce, or platform ecosystems (gaming experience is a strong plus)Strong understanding of payments ecosystemsExceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills - comfortable presenting and reporting to executive leadershipHighly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias for action and accountabilityExperience working with webstores, digital commerce, or subscription systemsFamiliarity with enterprise project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana, Airtable, etc.)Experience managing third-party vendors and external partnershipsBackground in gaming, marketplaces, or consumer tech platformsBenefitsEmployees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time offCompany OverviewScopely is an entertainment and video game company that creates, publishes, and live-operates immersive games.
