With Local Infusion, every patient and every care team is fully supported, every step of the way.Role Overview: Senior Recruiter - Talent AcquisitionThe Senior Recruiter is an essential addition to Local Infusion’s national expansion, owning end-to-end recruitment for enterprise + B2B sales, strategic corporate roles and backing up healthcare positions (as needed), based in the biotech and pharma industries. Building commercial and operational teams with exceptional talent, this role requires competency and speed without compromising quality or a positive candidate experience. This hunter-focused senior role thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and is genuinely passionate about Talent Acquisition. A member of the People Team, this role reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and partners closely with the Head of People + HR Ops while supporting leaders across the organization.Location: Remote (Eastern/Central time zone preferred)Key Responsibilities - What You Will Own:Full-cycle recruiting for BDE (sales) across biotech and pharma; paired with corporate + healthcare support as neededSourcing difficult-to-fill, business-critical roles using creative strategies proven throughout your careerRun hiring manager intakes and manage the full interview process per our workflowEvaluate candidates and influence hiring managers toward strong decisionsDeliver a high-touch, differentiated candidate experience at every stageManage multiple requisitions simultaneously with clean pipelines and accurate ATS dataOwn requisitions from kickoff to offer acceptance, with close attention to offer-to-start timingRepresent Local Infusion and our brand in every market interactionPartner with People Ops on onboarding, compliance, and broader HR initiativesQualifications & Requirements:4-5 years of full-cycle recruiting with a strong track record in health-tech and sales (enterprise, BDE, biotech); early agency experience a plusProven success sourcing and closing in high-volume, outbound-heavy environments with multiple priority roles openExpert sourcing skills and genuine curiosity to keep growing as a head hunterActive LinkedIn presence and professional network you cultivate and leverageExperience at a high-growth mid-size startup where recruiting drove revenue and business impactComfortable with high urgency and self-directionStrong stakeholder instincts: can run clean intakes, manage expectations, push back constructively, and earn trust across levels and functionsHighly organized, process-driven, with a bias for clean data, documented workflows, and ATS hygieneYou are/you have:Reliable backup when time is a priorityStrong communicator across Slack, email, phone, virtual, and in-personEmpathetic; committed to a great candidate experience regardless of outcomeCompetitive, structured, and metrics-drivenClinical and non-clinical requisition experience a plusActive Ashby user a strong plusHealthcare experience a plusThe Local Infusion WayLocal Infusion is a respectful, upbeat, and remote-first team united by our mission of shaping the way specialty infusion care is delivered.
