Position Overview
The IT Support Engineer III is a senior technical role responsible for advanced troubleshooting, complex escalations, and project execution across nationwide client environments, with a strong emphasis on healthcare and dental IT systems.
Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks
ā¢ Handle advanced escalations from lower-level engineers
ā¢ Diagnose and resolve complex server, networking, and infrastructure issues
ā¢ Support healthcare and dental software applications and imaging systems
ā¢ Lead and execute infrastructure, cloud, and security projects
ā¢ Act as a senior technical advisor to clients
ā¢ Maintain detailed technical documentation and system diagrams
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
ā¢ 5 or more years of IT support experience
ā¢ Advanced expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking
ā¢ Strong project execution and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ Healthcare or dental IT experience
ā¢ Advanced PowerShell or scripting knowledge
ā¢ macOS and iOS support experience
