Job description

The Team:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and support strategic projects within Finance, Payroll, and Shared Services environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing system implementations, migrations, and transformation initiatives across international and cross-functional teams.

The role:
Lead end-to-end project delivery for finance, payroll, and shared services initiatives
Manage system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and process improvement projects
Support M&A integration activities, including systems and operational transitions
Coordinate global projects involving stakeholders from various locations and business units
Drive internal shared services transformation and optimization initiatives
Ensure successful delivery of system changes, testing, deployment, and user adoption
Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure project alignment
Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive updates
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communication across all project phases

What you'll bring:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role

Experience working on system implementation and migration projects
Proven track record supporting organizational transformation or system change initiatives
Experience working in international environments with teams across multiple locations
Strong understanding of finance operations, payroll processes, or shared services environments
Background in GBS (Global Business Services), SSC (Shared Services Center), or multinational organizations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
PMP certification
Agile / Scrum certification
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar
Experience supporting M&A activities and post-merger integrations
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred
