Over 100 million people have installed games developed by the Zephyr team.Zephyr is famous for its creative and inclusive atmosphere, where every member of the team can contribute ideas and suggestions towards game development.The largest games produced by ZephyrMobile: Get Color, Nut Sort, Hey Color, Math Crossword.Role OverviewWorking with the current portfolio of puzzle games;Preparing GDDs;Working on game balance;Running A/B tests to test hypotheses;Analysing the results of updates/experiments;Liaising with design, development and marketing teams;Thinking through concepts for new gaming features.Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise4+ years of experience in a Game Designer role in mobile games (preferably in casual genres aimed at a female audience of 30+);Experience managing a product development team;Strong understanding of analytics in mobile games;Experience in mobile games market research;Prototyping / development / LiveOps;Understanding of mobile games UX.Will be a plus: Experience with puzzles and puzzle games.
