Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in HR leadership, operations management, or a related field, with a significant focus on remote work strategies. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful remote work policies and programs. Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of managing distributed teams.
