**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our BeHive team in Grand Forks, ND. As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and supporting our retail stores. You will be the face of careerzynith, and your interactions with customers will shape their perceptions of our brand.

**Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital communication channels
* Handling customer inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
* Establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships to foster trust and loyalty
* Completing a sales process while initiating calls to prospects and existing customers to present products or services, highlight features and benefits, and close sales
* Staying organized in scheduling and executing follow-up for customers who have shown interest but have not yet ordered
* Exceeding monthly targets to help yourself and your team achieve goals
* Manufacturing and maintaining leads from different campaigns and keeping accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales orders
* Entering and updating all necessary information in our communication platforms
* Communicating and collaborating with your team and support careerzynith locations to hit targets and work to improve customer experiences
* Sharing insights and feedback on customer issues and foreseeing trends with the customer experience
* Exceeding customer expectations by overdelivering on issue resolutions, following up on necessary interactions, and finding ways to make our customers' lives easier or better

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Bilingual speaking skills (English and Spanish)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to pass a background check

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in the telecommunications industry
* Knowledge of careerzynith products and services
* Certification in customer service or sales
* Experience with CRM software
* Bilingual writing skills
