Senior Business Analyst

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to define, document, and deliver business and functional requirements across a variety of projects. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, operate autonomously, and add immediate value within an Agile environment. This role will operate on a hybrid model, with at least 2 days working in the office in Dublin per week. Required Experience: 7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in complex enterprise environments Proven ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple initiatives Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Hands-on Agile experience (Scrum or SAFe preferred), including writing user stories and managing backlogs Experience with business process modelling, gap analysis, and documenting workflows Excellent problem-solving skills, with a structured and analytical mindset Previous consulting or client-facing experience desirable Key responsibilities & duties include: Engage with stakeholders across business and technology functions to elicit, document, and validate requirements Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams Support product owners, delivery managers, and development teams throughout the Agile lifecycle Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and sprint planning/refinement meetings Ensure traceability between business requirements and delivered solutions Collaborate with QA/test teams to ensure requirements are testable and deliverables meet expectations Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and leadership on business analysis best practice What’s in it for you: An opportunity to join a fast-growing company Options for career advancement Learning and development opportunities Flexible working environment Competitive salaries based on experience Equal Opportunity Employer: Amach is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
