Badger Maps is a route planning software for field sales people that dramatically improves operations through route optimization, smart scheduling, CRM integration, and other cool features!Badger Maps is currently expanding operations rapidly, and we are seeking talented individuals to take part in our Sales team!The Sales team is responsible for discovering/developing champions at target companies through a consultative approach. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll work closely with customers and prospects to discover their business needs and challenges and then coach them on the best ways to use Badger Maps to solve them. Our existing customer base ranges from SMB to enterprise - from your local brewery to national leaders in pharmaceutical. Responsibilities: Engage in a consultative sales process to drive leads towards one or more products that will best fit their needsIdentify customer’s business drivers and needs, and align them with the technical benefits of the Badger Maps software solution to create valueMap the customer’s decision makers, buyers, champions and develop strategies for each to improve deal confidenceNurture relationships with single license prospects and customers at ideal companies to help push deals to completionFull sales cycle ensuring overall customer satisfaction, from the inbound conversion through an initial close, and then post-sale hand-off to the Customer Success teamSchedule and handle intro calls and demos, make outbound calls to support and qualify prospects/customersCollaborate with Customer Success for an amazing onboarding and customer experience; and serving as voice of the customer & collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areasWork with other Account Executives to spearhead the growth & adoption of Badger Maps, proactively making recommendations and improvements to the sales process and customer sales journeyBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline (4-5X of qualified opportunities) while making sure our CRM is updated with all of the relevant customer information Qualifications: 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience with SaaS productsExperience handling and owning Mid-Market to Enterprise deal sizes with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievementSelf-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoptionExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationshipsTech savvy, proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides, CRMs, and learning new programs/toolsCreative problem solver comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and taking on new challenges What we offer: $50,000 to 60,000 base + Uncapped Commissions!Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401K) and Volunteering Time OffPaid time off, sabbatical leave & seniority daysA chance to make some serious impact and see every aspect of the businessA trustworthy environment where you get the freedom to pursue your own projectsAn international, diverse, and great working environment at a tech startupA fun environment, with monthly events with your team and company-wide
