GE HealthCare is seeking a Regional Field Marketing Manager for the North Central US territory, focusing on cardiology molecular imaging. The role involves localizing brand strategies, enabling sales teams, and executing educational demand-generation programs to drive product adoption and referrals in the cardiology market.ResponsibilitiesTranslate national marketing and brand strategies into executable regional/local plans that drive product adoption, by focusing on the clinical benefits and utility of cardiac PET. This role focuses on growing cardiac PET referrals, supporting site activations, and growing utilization within assigned regionCollaborate with regional sales directors and CPAMs to co-develop regional and localized marketing in-field demand generation activities and support the territory plansIdentify, develop, and maintain a deep understanding of the Cardiology Network in territory referring mapping and patient flowsExecute and manage regional demand and clinical education marketing programs, including but not limited to referral development campaigns and cardiology in-person and digital outreach, clinical cardiology grand rounds and other cardiology educational events/speaker presentations in collaboration with regional advocacy teamSupport referrer site activations by delivering field materials, referral kits and training resources for cardiology referring physician officesPlan and lead execution of regional/local demand generation initiatives including awareness campaigns, referral development programs, educational programing that address clinical understanding and key clinical barriers or enablersPartner with sales leadership to develop territory specific go to market plans and customer activation activities ensuring aligned goals, messaging and resource allocationDesign and track KPIs for regional marketing execution including lead generation, campaign response, referring physician cardiac PET knowledge growth, and site conversion metricsCollaborate with Marketing Franchise team and Centers of Excellence (Content, Digital, Events, MarCom) to develop and deploy tailored marketing assess and field kits (i.e. marketing materials for referrers to use) and programming based on regional/local customer and market insightsIntegrate clinical βvoice of fieldβ into brand and GTM strategy through compliant and structured field intelligence reporting and active participation in brand and strategic planning, QBRs and launch team meetingsEnsure Regulatory, Legal and Compliance stakeholder alignment for all field marketing activities including content, programs, local shows, clinical education meetings, peer-to-peer meetings and community engagementsCoordinate presence at key regional and local events in collaboration with events and franchise teams ensuring marketing strategies are being supported locallyRefer customer questions and requests as appropriate to medical affairs, market access, and product development teams in line with company policies to maintain appropriate separation of dutiesWill own regional level metrics for referrer activities, educations activities and demand generation goalsSkillsBachelor's degree in science, Social Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advance degree preferred10+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, including product launch and brand managementExperience launching complex pharmaceutical diagnostics or MedTech, or capital/clinical programs in provider settingsProven leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaborationStrong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and excellent communication skillsAbility to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to work in matrixed organizations with success increasing levels of responsibilityWillingness to travel 50% of the time in field and with customers and running regional/local eventsBenefitsPerformance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI)Medical, dental, visionPaid time offA 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunitiesLife, disability, and accident insuranceTuition reimbursementCompany OverviewGE Healthcare is a multinational company that manufactures wide range of medical equipment.
