As a key member of our Customer Service organization, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our customer support technology. Your expertise will drive the adoption of third-party solutions and develop a long-term strategy and roadmap for our contact center platform. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the development and improvement of our contact center platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and data science. * Drive the adoption of third-party solutions and develop a long-term strategy and roadmap for our contact center platform. * Partner with CS functional teams to understand their vision and challenges, delivering tailored solutions that enhance the customer and specialist experience. * Manage integrations and adoption of product features, working closely with engineering, data science, and third-party solution providers. * Provide product management leadership for our contact center platform, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with internal tools. * Define strategy, capture requirements, prioritize features, identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate plans. * Collaborate with global teams to understand regional support expectations and design experiences that meet those needs. * Embody the unique arenaflex culture, prioritizing a customer-obsessed and innovative approach. **What We're Looking For** * 3+ years of experience in product management for consumer or internal-facing products. * Proven ability to make data-informed decisions and drive projects that quantitatively improve customer and specialist experiences. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaborative relationships cross-functionally. * Experience working with CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, and CRM products, as well as a focus on customer care, is highly desirable. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong product management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving project delivery. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaborative relationships. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions. * Experience working with third-party solutions and developing long-term strategies and roadmaps. * Strong understanding of customer care and customer service principles. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and customer obsession. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
