Job Type: Contract Job Category: IT Job Title: SAP Consultant (P2P, OTC, R2R) Job Location: Remote Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant specializing in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes. The ideal candidate will support SAP implementation, optimization, and ongoing support for various financial and supply chain processes within our organization. This is a fully remote role requiring strong functional and technical expertise across multiple SAP modules. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement SAP solutions that support P2P, OTC, and R2R processes. Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, and process analysis sessions with business users. Configure SAP modules related to Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Controlling (CO). Support SAP implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements in cloud or on-premise environments. Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support. Develop functional specifications and work with technical teams for custom development when necessary. Design and optimize business processes, recommend best practices, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Provide post-implementation support, resolve incidents, and perform system monitoring and optimization. Prepare end-user documentation and provide training as required. Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams (ABAP developers, Basis, Security) and business units. Maintain strong knowledge of SAP industry best practices and stay up-to-date with new SAP technologies. Must-Have Skills: 15+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant, focusing on P2P, OTC, and R2R processes. Strong functional expertise in SAP MM, SD, FI/CO modules. Experience with SAP implementation, rollouts, support, and integration projects. Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (R2R) end-to-end business processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex SAP concepts to business users. Hands-on experience in configuring SAP standard processes. Experience in preparing functional specifications and collaborating with technical teams. Experience in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
