Sales Operations Assistant

They are seeking a Sales Operations Assistant to support the sales organization by enhancing process consistency, improving data quality, and delivering accurate reporting and insights.ResponsibilitiesPull and consolidate data from CRM and sales systems to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting needsCreate recurring and ad‑hoc reports for the Director of Sales Operations to review with sales leadershipMaintain data accuracy through routine data audits, cleanup, and validation activitiesSupport fixes for incomplete data or inconsistencies within the dataPrepare foundational data for sales management to conduct pipeline reviews, forecasting cycles, territory/account tracking, and sales performance scorecardsAssist in maintaining standardized sales processes and documentationSupport improvements to CRM usage, reporting templates, and basic sales tools to increase data reliability and efficiencyTrack and update key metrics, ensuring timely and accurate information is available for leadership‑level meetingsHelp streamline manual reporting tasks through simple automation, templates, or data organizationAssist with account moves or splits as requested and approved by sales managementPartner with Marketing to track CRM product renewals and provide accurate renewal pipeline reportingOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAt least 1 year of experience in a role such as sales, data reporting, or administrative supportProficient with Microsoft Excel (creating VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, data cleaning)Experience pulling data from CRM or business systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot data inconsistencies and ensure accuracyAbility to organize, format, and present data in clear, easy‑to‑use reportsStrong communication skills and comfort working in a support role that provides information to a manager or senior level team membersAbility to prioritize and manage multiple recurring reporting deadlinesExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsMust possess the ability to deal tactfully with vendors, customers, and employeesMust be a team player and able to work collaboratively with othersBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid Health Reimbursement Account (with applicable medical plans)Flexible Spending Accounts (Health and Dependent Care)Company-paid life and AD&D insurance401k (pre-tax and Roth options available) along with company matchingVoluntary supplemental life and AD&D insuranceVoluntary short-term disabilityVoluntary long-term disabilityAccident InsuranceCritical Illness InsuranceCompany-paid telehealthPTO & paid holidaysEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee recognition programsReferral bonus programJob training & professional developmentCompany OverviewMNJ Technologies is an information technology company specializing in virtualization and cloud services.
