Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As our team continues to expand, we are seeking an SDR to help us effectively manage and convert a strong flow of inbound demand.
This role is critical in driving Insightful’s growth by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their challenges, and positioning our solution as a valuable fit.
Location requirement: We are specifically looking for candidates based in LATAM, as this role will cover 09:00–17:00 EST working hours.
Responsibilities:
Qualify and respond to inbound leads in a timely and structured manner.Engage with prospects via email, calls, and other channels to understand their needsSchedule meetings and demos for Account ExecutivesMaintain accurate records of activities in HubSpot CRMCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead handling and conversionEnsure adherence to defined SLAs for lead response and follow-upsContinuously learn and effectively communicate Insightful’s value propositionMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targetsAssist the Marketing team and sales to help with timely follow-up on events and potential ABM efforts
You are a great fit for this role if you have:
1+ year of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (SaaS preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh energy, resilience, and a proactive mindsetStrong qualification and discovery skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with HubSpot is a mustFamiliarity with Nooks, Aircall, and Fathom is a plusFluency in English; Spanish is a plus
