About the Role

The mission sells well, as evidenced by our historically strong inbound interest, our sales team’s high close rates, and ClickTime’s success over 26 years. Building our outbound machine is the next chapter in ClickTime’s growth.
As a Sales Development Representative, your job is to book meetings for our Account Executives. You'll work through a defined call list every day, including prospects who work in finance and operations, using structured messaging and clear targets. High-volume outreach — calls, email, and LinkedIn — is the core of the role.
High activity is the expectation, not the exception. The people who succeed here are energized by a full day of outreach, not worn down by it.

Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily, working through a defined call list
Run structured email and LinkedIn outreach in parallel with calling
Qualify prospects against clear criteria; book meetings for Account Executives
Log activity and outcomes in CRM
Hit weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets
Qualifications
Proven outbound track record — you've done this before and have the numbers to show it
Clear, direct communicator
Resilient — you treat a string of no's as part of the process, not a reason to slow down
Driven by performance-based earnings
Background in competitive sports or high-pressure environments a plus
\n$50,000 - $80,000 a year
The listed range describes base salary only, not include On Target Earnings (OTE). A candidate's base salary is dependent several factors, including the candidate's level of experience, the cost of market in a given location, and internal equity at ClickTime. The listed salary range reflects the fact that we are interviewing candidates from a wide variety of experience levels and locations.
