They are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their expanding Michigan operations, managing recruitment efforts and ensuring a positive candidate experience.ResponsibilitiesLead hiring efforts for the Detroit and Southeast Michigan markets, from field crews to specialized rolesManage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling complex interview cycles (phone, video, and onsite)Maintain accurate data within Alliance HRIS and ensure all new hire documentation is processed efficiently through the MI-UI platformServe as the primary point of contact for applicants in the Michigan region, ensuring a professional and upbeat candidate experienceFacilitate the transition from offer to day-one, ensuring all new hires feel welcomed into the Yardmaster familySkills1–3 years in HR coordination, high-level administrative support, or high-volume recruitingMust have reliable transportation for travel between regional branch locationsExcellent verbal and written skills; bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a major plus for our diverse field teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS or HRIS software (Alliance HRIS experience preferred)Alliance HRIS experience preferredBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO) and VacationOpportunities for rapid internal promotion401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceCompany OverviewYardmaster Inc., founded in 1971, is recognized as one of the leading landscape design, construction, landscape maintenance and snow removal firms in the US.
