What You'll Do
Inbound Lead Qualification: Review the inbound leads generated from our website. Proactively reach out to qualified leads.
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through new email campaigns and social media outreach.
Sales Calls: Schedule and eventually run sales calls. Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, pricing models, and services. We will train you!
Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with our leadership team to refine lead generation strategies. Provide feedback on lead quality and engagement.
Requirements
What You'll Bring
1-2 years experience in an SDR role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong communication skills, with an ability to engage potential clients effectively.
A results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
Resilience and persistence, especially in the face of rejection.
A team player attitude, contributing to a collaborative sales environment.
Preferred - Experience with agency work, social media platforms, and the creator space.
