They are seeking a Retail Media Analyst to generate actionable insights for optimizing retail media performance and driving ROI through various analytical and collaborative efforts.ResponsibilitiesProvide analytical support for connected commerce initiatives , including Shopper Marketing, digital shelf, Retail Media, and Manage,d leveraging a variety of CPG, retailer, and digital data sources Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards that track online and offline KPIs , including share of search, digital shelf availability, pricing, content compliance, and conversion metricsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, shopper insights) to deliver actionable insights that drive omnichannel growth strategies for CPG clientsEnsure data integrity and accuracy across multiple platforms and tools, including syndicated data, retailer portals, and digital shelf analytics platforms (e.g., Circana, NielsenIQ , Skai, Commerce IQ)Support the creation of client-facing presentations that synthesize complex data into compelling narratives, highlighting opportunities to optimize connected commerce performance Stay current on retailer digital strategies , emerging commerce trends , and client-specific KPIs to proactively identify growth opportunities and risksPartner with internal BI and data engineering teams to enhance automation and scalability of reporting solutionsSkillsBachelor's Degree preferredUp to one year of related work experienceDemonstrate an intermediate degree of proficiency in Windows and related software applications, including Excel and PowerPointAble to understand and apply basic math and CPG principles in the achievement of assigned workEffectively communicate and interact with others and work effectively within a teamKnowledge of Power BI and advanced macros would be a strong assetExperience with retailer POS, syndicated data, and/or category/space management tools would be an assetDemonstrate a drive for results, pursuing assigned tasks with energy and a desire to achieveCompany OverviewAcosta Group is a collection of the most trusted retail, marketing, and foodservice firms.
