As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, clarifying policy coverage, and providing support with... claim-related matters. We prioritize first contact resolution and aim for high customer satisfaction, all while maintaining adherence to operational standards.

Primary Responsibilities
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls (70-120 daily) in a professional manner.
• Engage with policyholders, providers, and other parties to address their needs effectively.
• Stay updated on policy information and procedures.
• Ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries via phone, email, or written correspondence.
• Meet department standards for call volume, average handling time, and time management.

Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume contact center or similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in basic computer functions and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Reliable internet connection with minimum speed requirements.
• Quiet and professional workspace.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.

Location
• Work From Home (Nationwide excluding certain locations).

Training
• Duration: 2-3 weeks.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm CST.
• Availability: Flexible between 7:30 am - 6:30 pm CST.

Post-Training Schedule
• 40-hour workweek, Monday-Friday.
• No weekend shifts unless overtime is required.
• Full-time positions only.

Equipment
• Smartphone (for VPN access).
• All other necessary equipment provided by the company.
