Removal Defense Immigration Attorney

We’re looking for a Removal Defense Paralegal who can hit the ground running, take initiative, and support our legal team in defending clients against deportation. This is a fully remote, ROWE (Results-Only Work Environment) position. You’ll be evaluated—and compensated—based on what you achieve, not on how many hours you log.
Compensation:
$2,000 month - Compensation is results-based (ROWE model).
Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage client documents
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate case files in our Case Management System
• Communicate with attorneys and respond to their requests
• Follow SOPs, and contribute to keeping them current
• Deliver quality, detail-focused work with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
• Minimum English proficiency level of C1 or C2 (written, spoken, and comprehension)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with Google Workspace and comfort using CRMs and cloud-based tools
• Attention to detail—nothing slips through the cracks
• Self-starter who learns from video and written instruction, and asks smart questions
