Acadeum is seeking a proactive, highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing operations and executive leadership. This role is a hybrid of digital execution and physical asset management. You will be responsible for ensuring our multi-channel campaigns run on schedule while acting as the primary lead for our physical marketing inventory. The ideal candidate is a "problem-solver by nature" who can seamlessly transition from drafting a newsletter to auditing a storage unit or coordinating event logistics. Description Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Employment Type: Part-Time / Non-Exempt Hours: 20–25 Hours Per Week Location: Remote (Orlando Metro Area Preferred) Compensation: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour Department: Marketing Reports To: Director of Marketing Operations Last Updated: April 2026 About Acadeum Acadeum facilitates course-sharing partnerships between colleges and universities, optimizing resources, enhancing student learning, and advancing institutional goals. Responsibilities: Campaign Execution Execute multi-channel marketing initiatives (email, social media, digital, and print) in alignment with the annual marketing strategy. Monitor campaign timelines to ensure all deliverables are met on schedule. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to help the team optimize ongoing and future efforts. Liaise with internal departments to ensure marketing messaging is consistent across the organization. Event Logistics & Coordination Manage the end-to-end logistics for team-building events, partner summits, and industry conferences. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and catering to ensure seamless event execution within budget. Oversee the shipping and inventory of event materials, displays, and promotional "swag." Act as the primary point of contact for partners and stakeholders regarding event registration and participation details. Content & Executive Support Support the Director of Marketing by drafting, proofreading, and formatting marketing collateral (decks, one-pagers, and newsletters). Maintain the digital asset library, ensuring all team members have access to the latest brand templates and creative files. Assist in the management of the content calendar to ensure a steady stream of engaging material across all platforms. Perform administrative tasks as needed to streamline the Director’s workflow and departmental efficiency. Qualifications: Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination. Tech Stack: Proficiency in G-Suite and HubSpot. Creative Tools: Basic experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or PowerPoint for collateral updates. Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail. Logistics Mindset: Ability to organize complex physical spaces and digital files with equal precision. Physical Requirements & Travel: Local Presence: Ability to travel occasionally within the Orlando Metro Area to access storage facilities or coordinate local event pickups. Manual Handling: Ability to occasionally lift and move boxes/marketing materials (up to 30 lbs) as part of inventory management.
