[Remote] Vice President, US Commercial Operations

NEP Group, Inc. is seeking a strategic and operationally focused Vice President, US Commercial Operations to lead commercial functions across their US Media Services business. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and scalable business processes while partnering with various leadership teams to enhance sales effectiveness and decision-making.ResponsibilitiesLead and optimize commercial operations across the US Media Services business, driving operational excellence, revenue growth, profitability, and scalabilityOversee Revenue Operations, including CRM administration, pipeline governance, forecasting, reporting, analytics, sales enablement, and commercial systemsBuild and continuously improve commercial processes, governance, and infrastructure that enhance sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and pipeline visibilityDrive CRM adoption, data integrity, forecasting accuracy, and commercial discipline across the organizationLead the Internal Approval (IA) process from opportunity through contract execution, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and governanceOversee operational support for commercial deals, investment analysis, contract approvals, and enterprise RFP responsesDefine, monitor, and communicate key commercial KPIs and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making and business performancePartner with Commercial, Finance, and Operations leaders to optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and strengthen competitive positioningLead growth marketing, account management, and sales support functions to drive pipeline development, customer retention, and account growthDevelop and lead a high-performing commercial operations team while aligning regional processes and initiatives with global commercial operations standards and best practicesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations, or a related field required; MBA preferred10+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or related business leadership rolesDeep expertise in CRM systems, pipeline management, forecasting, analytics, reporting, and commercial operationsProven success leading cross-functional operational initiatives within complex commercial organizationsStrong financial, contractual, commercial, analytical, and operational acumenDemonstrated ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive organizational alignmentStrong problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindsetWillingness to travel as business needs requireExperience within media, broadcast, technology, sports, entertainment, or related industriesExperience supporting enterprise sales organizations and complex commercial deal structuresFamiliarity with global operating models and multi-region commercial operations environmentsExperience implementing operational transformation initiatives and scalable business processesCompany OverviewNEP Group is the worldβs most trusted media services and live events partner in live sports and entertainment.
