They are hiring a Revenue Management Risk Analyst to support billing and revenue operations by identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial and operational risk across group accounts. The role involves overseeing billing risk drivers, managing operational tasks, and driving continuous improvement through trend analysis and process enhancements.ResponsibilitiesCompile, analyze, and distribute risk analysis reviews for group accounts and ported member populationsPerform quality reviews of audits completed by billing analysts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standardsCreate, maintain, and enhance reporting to identify and monitor risk trends, barriers, process gaps, and audit outcomes that may contribute to or indicate potential financial exposurePartners with supervisors and cross-functional teams, including reporting, inventory, and project teams, to understand risk and execute plans to achieve goalsRepresent client-facing functions on calls to communicate potential risks or barriers related to account management or client structureProvide feedback, coaching, and guidance to billing analysts based on audit findings and risk observationsSupport the client teams in meeting or exceeding key performance metricsIdentify process improvement opportunities and work with peers, supervisors, and matrix partners to execute on these opportunitiesProvide oversight and coordination of all sales compensation-related tasks to ensure accuracy and timelinessAssist with team support activities and operational tasks as needed to ensure coverage and continuitySkillsHigh school diploma or GED, required; associate or bachelor's degree, preferred2+ years of experience in revenue management, billing operations, financial operations, or a related field, requiredRequired: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft (Excel, word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook) including complex data analysis, reporting, and process optimization; working knowledge of Microsoft Access preferredStrong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, requiredSelf-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt quickly to change and shift priorities as business needs evolve, requireStrong interpersonal and influencing skills, with ability to provide direction, identify barriers, and escalate issues appropriately, requiredAbility to support operations between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a typical schedule of 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST and demonstrates flexibility to meet business needs, including extended hours during peak periods, requiredAssociate or bachelor's degree, preferredExperience working with offshore or third-party operational support teams, preferredAbility to develop and document clear, effective process flows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), preferredCollaborative team player who works effectively with leadership, demonstrates openness to feedback, and actively contributes ideas and solutions, preferredBenefitsAnnual bonus planMedicalVisionDentalWell-being and behavioral health programs401(k)Company paid life insuranceTuition reimbursementA minimum of 18 days of paid time off per yearPaid holidaysCompany OverviewWe are a health benefits provider that advocates for better health through every stage of life.
