As Vice President of Growth, you will drive patient acquisition, referral growth, and market expansion while overseeing marketing, business development, and growth operations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive enterprise growth strategy aligned with organizational goals and financial targetsEstablish growth objectives, admissions targets, and key performance indicators across all growth functionsDrive sustainable patient acquisition, census growth, and revenue expansion across service lines and marketsLead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and community channelsOversee digital marketing, paid media, SEO, website strategy, content development, analytics, and campaign managementLead business development efforts to strengthen referral relationships and drive patient admissionsDevelop strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, hospitals, payors, correctional systems, employers, and community organizationsExpand referral networks and identify new sources of patient acquisitionLead patient navigation teams to ensure effective patient engagement and support throughout the admissions journeyEstablish processes and performance standards that improve patient experience and conversion outcomesAlign patient navigation activities with marketing campaigns, referral initiatives, and organizational growth prioritiesDevelop and oversee the organization's alumni engagement strategyCreate programs that strengthen long-term patient relationships and support recovery engagementLeverage alumni networks to enhance community outreach, referrals, testimonials, and brand advocacyDevelop and maintain reporting systems that provide visibility into the patient acquisition funnel and growth performanceMonitor and analyze admissions trends, referral performance, marketing effectiveness, and revenue outcomesEstablish dashboards and performance reporting for executive leadership and key stakeholdersBuild, lead, and develop high-performing teams across marketing, business development, patient navigation, alumni engagement, and growth operationsRecruit, mentor, and retain top talent while fostering professional development and succession planningCreate a results-oriented culture focused on growth, accountability, collaboration, and patient-centered serviceSkillsMinimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare growth, business development, marketing, or sales leadership rolesDemonstrated success driving admissions growth, revenue expansion, market share growth, and referral developmentExperience managing significant marketing and business development budgetsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence organizational strategyHealthcare marketing and patient acquisitionData analytics and performance managementFinancial acumen and budget oversightStrong executive communication and presentation skillsMust possess a current valid driver's license in good standing in state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier. This role is required to drive for company purposesTravel up to 35% may be required to conduct site visits, attend meetings and conferences.
