What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the definition and evolution of risk frameworks across the customer lifecycle, focusing on early-stage and onboarding risk
- Design, develop, and own core fraud and risk metrics to inform decision-making and strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions
- Evaluate and manage external data sources to enhance risk detection and decision-making capabilities
- Act as a thought leader in fraud analytics, establishing best practices for measurement and risk modeling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-8 years of experience in data analytics, payments risk, and fraud; fintech experience is a plus
- Very strong SQL and Python skills, along with proficiency in analytical tools
- Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities
