[Remote] Technical Producer, Content Design

The role involves orchestrating content delivery and managing the release lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and feature integration.ResponsibilitiesManage the release lifecycle (planning, initiation, execution, retrospective) while considering feature support/integration and process improvementsSupport a team of technical production designers and their cross-functional partners (e.g. Design, Eng, QA, UI, Product Marketing) as they develop and deliver in-app contentSkills4+ years as a technical project/program manager within media, design or software industries4+ years (not counting TPM role) in media, design, production, operations or a related fieldExperience with a variety of project management frameworks, tools and softwareBonus for experience with Agile methodologies, Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) or transitioning between project management softwareExperience working with large asset pipelines, data sets or content management systems (CMS)Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and keep close attention to detail amidst reams of dataDecisiveness to drive toward well-reasoned operating assumptions with adaptability to regularly assess new information for course correctionEmpathetic communicator with experience translating between creative and technical teamsSelf-motivated and proactive, in constant search of new ways to experiment, improve and deliver valueExperience successfully navigating major organizational disruptions, mergers, transitions or transformationsExperience with professional creative software suites used for media design, art direction, audio/video/image/FX generation and editingBonus for experience with Apple Creative Suite (eg Motion, Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Keynote)BenefitsW2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ matchCompany OverviewWe supply Fortune500 clients with the best talent on the market!
