[Remote] Structured Pricing Analyst

RemoteHunter is seeking a Structured Pricing Analyst to join the Structuring & DER Team, focusing on risk analysis for commercial and industrial sales. The role involves developing structured energy products, evaluating risks, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration with internal partners and sales teams. Responsibilities Develop and price structured energy products for complex customer deals Review sales requests related to customer data, demand normalization, historical usage, interval data, pricing, and market questions Evaluate risk on prospective deals to ensure alignment with risk tolerance and portfolio strategy Provide analytical support for projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and communicate deliverables Build and maintain relationships between Structuring & DER Team and Sales to support collaboration Facilitate communication with Sales Support teams to enhance the sales process Support process, model, tool, and analysis improvements for Structuring & DER workflows Track wholesale market pricing and forward curves to inform deal pricing strategy Partner with Sales Representatives to provide expertise during the sales process, including customer interactions Understand and communicate utility and power market pricing concepts Maintain internal reports and dashboards on key metrics Skills Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Business, Economics, Operations, etc.) Strong analytical skills in quantitative data analysis for risk evaluation Proficiency in Excel required; working knowledge of SQL and database structures preferred Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and problem solve independently Capable of reviewing problems and suggesting mitigation strategies Interest in regulatory frameworks, geopolitical factors, and commodity price dynamics in energy markets Proven collaboration skills and strong communication abilities Must be authorized to work full-time in the US without sponsorship 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred Experience in Power Market Pricing & Analysis, Risk Analysis, or Sales Support preferred Experience at an ISO, utility, or retail energy provider is a plus Benefits Comprehensive healthcare including medical with free telehealth, dental, vision, and employer health savings account contributions.
