They are seeking a Staff Software Engineer focused on Data Warehouse infrastructure to lead the design and development of foundational platform capabilities that ensure data is reliable, scalable, secure, and accessible across the organization.ResponsibilitiesOwn warehouse platform architecture. Design and evolve the systems that support storage, transformation, governance, and access across clinical datasetsBuild scalable data infrastructure. Develop a secure and compliant warehouse infrastructureHealthcare-specific data modeling: Design and build clinical data models inside a scalable warehouse solutionDesign warehouse optimization strategies. Create data models and storage approaches that balance performance, scalability, and maintainabilityEstablish data governance frameworks. Implement controls that ensure data quality, consistency, security, and auditabilityEnable downstream analytics and AI workloads. Build infrastructure that supports reporting, evidence generation, and machine learning applicationsLead cross-functional technical initiatives. Partner with engineering, analytics, and product teams to align platform capabilities with business prioritiesImprove platform observability and reliability.
