1 year experience interacting with customers in a call center or customer service environment
Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Ability to exhibit patience, empathy, and confidence
Strong customer service skills and courteous telephone etiquette
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Associates degree or equivalent experience
Ability to problem solve in a positive manner
At least 6 months of healthcare experience
