This role involves partnering with business leaders to identify learning needs, design strategic learning solutions, and enhance skills across the IAM organization.ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leadership, marketers, payer marketers, and key business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, capability needs, and organizational objectivesEstablish and maintain strong collaborative relationships across IAM and cross-functional business partnersServe as a trusted learning consultant by providing recommendations and guidance that align learning strategies with business goalsTranslate business priorities into practical learning solutions and capability-building initiativesLead the design, development, and execution of learning experiences that support upskilling and capability enhancement across the IAM organizationFacilitate engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiencesIncorporate subject matter experts and business partners to create high-impact learning experiences that add value to learnersDevelop and maintain learning journeys that support both onboarding and role-transition experiencesEnsure learning content reflects practical application and supports real-world / market access customer engagement scenarios relevant to Account Executive rolesSupport onboarding initiatives for employees new to our company and individuals transitioning into new IAM rolesCreate structured learning paths that accelerate role readiness and confidenceIdentify opportunities to improve the learner experience and strengthen capability development programsLead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while managing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectationsPartner across Legal, Compliance, Learning Creation, Partnerships, and external vendor organizations to ensure successful execution of learning initiativesDemonstrate strong project management skills and attention to detail throughout all phases of project executionProvide clear and proactive communication to stakeholders and leadership teams regarding project status and deliverablesPartner and Support planning, coordination, and execution of annual and biannual meetings, training events, and strategic capability initiativesContribute to meeting content development, learning strategy integration, and overall participant experienceSkillsMinimum of a bachelor's degree, or currently in pursuit of degree completion, or equivalent relevant work experience in Human Resources, or related disciplineMinimum of 5 years of sales, account management, or related sales/account management training experience within the pharmaceutical industryStrong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiencesExceptional project management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilitiesEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authorityStrategic thinker with strong business acumenHigh attention to detail and execution excellenceAbility to work independently while also contributing effectively within team environmentsStrong understanding and appreciation of customer-facing Account Executive environmentsIAM / Account Executive Experience preferredExperience within Learning & Development, capability building, sales training, or commercial learning environments, Promomats, Axonify and other LMS platformsExperience supporting customer-facing field organizationsPharmaceutical, healthcare, managed markets, payer, or account management experience preferredExperience collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and external partnersExperience facilitating onboarding programs and learning journeysExperience leading large, cross-functional initiativesBenefitsThe successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits.
