[Remote] ServiceNow HR Experience Design Consultant

They are seeking a ServiceNow HR Experience Design Consultant to design and deliver best-in-class employee experiences across the ServiceNow platform, primarily within HRSD, focusing on user journeys, content strategy, and human-centered design.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead discovery and design workshops, identify and record requirements, and guide the customer throughout the project lifecycleFacilitate discussions on design alternatives, tradeoffs, and risksIdentify implementation and process design considerations to deliver the Customer’s ideal employee experience while minimizing technical debtAdvise clients on content strategy to optimize AI search results, LLM consumption of knowledge base articles, and submission of catalog items from AI chat interfacesLead project initiation activities with respect to ServiceNow Portals; develop and/or complete pre-work questionnaires, workshop agendas, and educational content for clientsTranslate requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, testing and validating feature development to support the configuration teamDeliver ‘Art of the Possible’ demonstrations of the Employee Center Portal to support project initiation and/or pre-sales effortsInterpret and apply client brand guidelines where needed to produce a consistent experience for the end userBuild repeatable solutions, artifacts, assets, and demo instances using human-centered design principlesMentor team members on design thinking, UX fundamentals, and principles of design conceptsSupports the Design Team Director in internal initiatives to improve skills, tools & processesSkills5+ years experience designing or configuring portals within ServiceNow ( Employee Center, Employee Center Pro, Service Portal, etc. )2+ years of experience managing knowledge bases, content strategy, or process documentationWillingness and ability to complete background check and drug testing to work on Federal, State, and Local agency projectsAbility to translate client requirements into clear acceptance criteriaExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong meeting facilitation skills and comfort leading design discussions with executive stakeholdersProblem-solving skills to determine solutions to user interface challengesHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic design process under minimal supervisionFamiliarity with design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principlesExperience conducting or evaluating user research or usability testingBenefitsCompetitive Health Benefits401(K) with a 4% contributionHome Office and Fitness ReimbursementVacation and Volunteer timeWorld-class co-workers with extensive ServiceNow experienceContinuous learning cultureCompany OverviewStridepath Consulting, formerly known as The Anti, is a Premier ServiceNow Partner exclusively focused on Employee Workflows.
