Kentro is a company dedicated to innovation and collaboration, seeking a ServiceNow Continuous Automation Monitoring Project Manager to lead their VA-ESOM End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract. The role involves overseeing the CAM Centralized Support Team, managing service delivery, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of the CAM transition plan.ResponsibilitiesLead the CAM Centralized Support Team, including resource planning, performance management, and team developmentServe as the central intake point for items received from ATO Managers; triage, prioritize, and assign work across the teamOwn and maintain the CAM transition plan, including the phased rollout schedule, milestones, RACI, dependencies, and risk registerCoordinate with EndPoint Engineering, Information System Owners (ISOs), the ATO program office, and the AODR to maintain end-to-end visibility of all CAM tasksEstablish and chair recurring governance forums (steering committees, working groups, status reviews) with stakeholdersDefine and report against team KPIs and SLAs, including intake response times, training completion, dashboard accuracy, and SOP adherenceReview and approve training materials, SOPs, job aids, and reports prior to publicationEscalate risks, issues, and dependencies to executive leadership; communicate program status to senior stakeholdersSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field10+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years leading cybersecurity, risk, or compliance programsDemonstrated experience with NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF), FISMA, or equivalent authorization frameworksPMP or equivalent project management certificationDirect experience with ServiceNow GRC, IRM, or CAM modules in a post-implementation operational contextStrong stakeholder management, executive communication, and team leadership skillsUS Citizen or Green card holderWilling and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust ClearanceMust meet updated ID requirements: https://www.gsa.gov/technology/it-contract-vehicles-and-purchasing-programs/federal-credentialing-services/get-appointment-help/bring-required-documentsIf you do not currently meet the ID requirements outlined, you must be willing and able to update your current forms of ID in a timely manner to complete the suitability process successfullyMaster's degree in a related fieldCISSP, CISM, or CGRC (formerly CAP) certificationFederal government or VA experiencePrior experience standing up a centralized service or shared-services teamBenefitsPaid time offHealthcare benefitsSupplemental benefits401k including an employer matchDiscount perksRewardsEvery employee is eligible for education reimbursement for certifications, degrees, or professional development.
