They are seeking an SEO Account Manager to enhance client relationships, oversee onboarding processes, and ensure accountability in reporting and performance metrics for their enterprise client portfolio.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise logistics clientsBuild trust-based relationships that extend the lifetime value of every accountConduct regular check-ins, milestone reviews, and strategic business reviews (QBRs)Act as the bridge between our internal SEO team and the client — translating technical execution into clear, commercially relevant languageLead white-glove onboarding experiences that set the tone for long-term retentionBuild and manage onboarding milestones, pitch decks, and resource deliveryEnsure clients understand what's happening, why it matters, and what to expect nextCompress time-to-value by keeping internal teams and clients aligned from day oneOwn reporting cadences — dashboards, lead trackers, and performance summariesUse tools like Zapier, GHL, and reporting platforms to automate and systematize what's delivered to clientsHold clients accountable for their deliverables (content approvals, access, technical fixes) without frictionMake results visible, measurable, and tied to business outcomes the client actually cares aboutIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities naturally through the client relationshipFlag churn risk early and proactively address dissatisfaction before it escalatesContribute to playbook development — what works in onboarding, what resolves objections, what keeps accounts stickySpeak to SEO confidently — you don't need to execute it, but you need to own the conversationUnderstand AI SEO, AEO, and GEO well enough to position Spiral's work accurately and compellingly to less technical buyersRelay meaningful product and client feedback to the internal SEO teamSkills3+ years in an account management role at a digital or SEO agencyStrong client communication skills — written, verbal, and in a live QBR settingDemonstrated ability to retain and grow accounts, not just maintain themHands-on experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and automation (Zapier, GHL, or equivalent)Working knowledge of SEO — enough to speak confidently with clients and relay context to execution teamsFamiliarity with AI SEO, AEO, or GEO is a strong advantageLogistics industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement — we'll train the verticalBenefitsRetention Bonus: Up to $60,000 annually, tied to portfolio retention tiersFlexible PTO and company-wide holidaysHealth coverageAccess to premium training, masterminds, and certificationsOpportunity to work with leading logistics and SaaS brands across North AmericaCompany OverviewThe Spiral Agency offers digital marketing and SEO services focused on the logistics industry.
