[Remote] Senior Product Designer, AI Powered Workflows

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design and execution of AI-centric compliance workflow projects, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer impact and mentor other designers.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead the design and execution of strategic projects that deliver substantial customer value and impact multiple departments
ā¢ Conduct customer discovery to inform product strategy, helping to craft compelling narratives that support the vision and objectives
ā¢ Identify and lead design-driven initiatives with organization-wide impact
ā¢ Enhance the influence of the Design organization by working openly, sharing customer insights, communicating design solutions, and improving the ways we work
ā¢ Mentor other designers, helping to refine concepts and elevate design quality
ā¢ Contribute to and refine our design system to ensure it aligns with strategic goals while maintaining consistent, high-quality design standards
Skills
ā¢ 8-10+ years of experience delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products on large-scale projects
ā¢ Demonstrated track record of maintaining high executional quality and organizational impact
ā¢ Independent in driving discovery processes and leveraging customer insights to inform product strategy and define design directions
ā¢ Skilled in leading the design process from ambiguity to concept and execution for entire product areas
ā¢ Strong ability to mentor and influence others, including senior and executive management teams
ā¢ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex problem-solving
ā¢ Proven success in driving design strategy, systemic thinking, and strong product sensibility
ā¢ Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design concepts to diverse audiences
ā¢ Proficient in managing complex projects, timelines, and proactive escalation handling
ā¢ Portfolio required, showcasing consumer-grade craftsmanship and effective product solutions tailored to customer needs
ā¢ Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
