See below to learn more about our philosophy.The Service & Sales Representative will provide, support and perform work relating to customer needs through “best practices” in the field. To maintain the highest integrity in representing the company while working with little to no supervision. Deliver a high quality of sale and workmanship while representing the company at all times in the highest standards of professionalism. JOB REQUIREMENTS Outstanding organizational skills with high attention to detailParticipate in on-site sales and gear inspections, allowing you to become familiar with our product and your territoryDevelop technical knowledge to effectively communicate products and gear inspection services to customers in your territoryBuild and maintain strong relationships with your customers, understanding their needs and communicating solutionsMaintain consistent contact with existing customers and make cold calls to prospective customers in your territoryResponsible for making in-person visits to prospects and existing customers, generating leads and quotes all the way to sale Create, submit and follow up on Quotes and RFQ’sDocument and track progress for new and existing business opportunities; rate high, medium, and low potentialMaintain accurate records of all interactions with new and existing customers and update the information in the DatabaseProvide regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the PTSTechnological capabilities and understanding to communicate in today’s business environment50% Travel.Maintain monthly itinerary: wall calendar, outlook calendarSubmit daily briefs and weekly reports (defined at hire)Ability to read blueprints and drawingsAbility to descend/ascend on ladders or any other needs to elevate/descend in a safe mannerProvide services and customer support during field visits Tie workflow to scheduleManage on-site projects in expected time schedule with little supervisionDiagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper and cost-effective solutions Follow all requirements for time-keeping and billing purposesMust hold a valid driver license in good standingsOperate the vehicle in a safe manner Cooperate with technical team and share all information to the company Comprehend customer requirements make appropriate recommendationsMaintain a professional appearance at all timesOther duties as assignedThis individual must be a team player and flexible to his(her) job assignmentsWork required hoursThis individual will follow all Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma/trade school or College degree (experience also will do in lieu of degree)Must have 2 years of serviceEXPERIENCE IN PAPER INDUSTRYAbility to follow directions with minimal supervisionMust be able to work individually and as a part of a teamMust have good sense of smell, hearing, and including good vision as these are of vital importance as safety issues in the Shop; normal working conditions in main officeMust be able to lift up to 60 pounds Above base plus uncapped commissions with company vehicle Additional Information Core Values and Beliefs We know that quality relationships with our employees, customers, vendors, and community are the key components to our long term survival.Mission StatementWe will produce quality products at a fair price and on time.
