[Remote] Senior Partner – Financial Architecture

They are seeking a Senior Partner – Financial Architecture to work directly with the Founder in shaping the financial and structural backbone of their first flagship hotel projects. Responsibilities • Architect investment-grade financial models for early-stage hotel projects (development, repositioning, or turnaround), grounded in realistic underwriting assumptions and brand-driven value creation • Design capital stacks aligned with brand positioning and operational strategy, balancing flexibility, risk, and long-term value across debt and equity • Translate concept, IP, and vision into credible, investor- and lender-ready financial narratives that bridge creative ambition with financial discipline • Participate in early-stage owner, investor, and capital conversations alongside the Founder, helping frame opportunities and shape deal structures • Build a scalable financial framework to support repeatable deal structures and future portfolio growth Skills • 10+ years of experience in hospitality, real estate, private equity, or structured finance • Proven exposure to deal structuring, capital stacks, and investor-facing financial narratives • Comfort operating in early-stage ambiguity • Ability to think at both asset and platform levels • Motivated by long-term value creation and equity upside Company Overview • Regulus Collective is a global investment and creative advisory platform bridging capital, culture, and innovation.
