The Senior Forecast Analyst serves as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership, responsible for driving financial performance and enabling scalable growth through disciplined planning and analysis.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary finance partner to Insurance Business Unit leadership, supporting strategy, investment decisions, and operational execution by framing decisions, risks, and trade-offs, not just presenting dataTranslate business and PE value-creation strategies into actionable financial plans and performance targetsLead development of forward-looking βwhat-ifβ scenarios to evaluate strategic choices, risks, and growth opportunities across the business unitBuild flexible financial and operational models that allow executives to simulate outcomes under varying assumptions (market conditions, pricing, investments, cost structures)Act as a thought partner, helping leaders clarify priorities, define success measures, and align on strategic directionLead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning for assigned business units in a PE operating cadenceOwn and enhance SaaS financial models, including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, gross margin, and unit economicsAnalyze performance drivers, variances, and trends with a focus on EBITDA, cash flow, and scalabilityDevelop dashboards and reporting to monitor financial and operational KPIs aligned with PE objectivesPartner with Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations on pricing, packaging, and monetization strategiesEvaluate customer segmentation, retention, and lifetime value across multi-family housing portfoliosSupport deal structuring, contract analysis, and revenue recognition considerationsIncorporate industry-specific dynamics such as unit-based pricing models, property counts, seasonality, and regulatory considerationsDrive financial rigor, accountability, and scalable processes across the business unitPartner closely with accounting on close processes, accruals, and financial accuracySupport M&A activity, integrations, and post-acquisition performance tracking as applicableIdentify and execute opportunities for margin expansion, cost efficiency, and operational leverageCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations and AccountingInfluence effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented PE-backed environmentSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field5+ years of progressive finance experience, including strategic FP&A and business partnership roles2+ years of experience in SaaS or recurring-revenue business modelsProven ability to support senior executives and influence business strategyDeep understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economicsAdvanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skillsStrong executive-level communication and presentation capabilitiesStrategic thinker with strong systems and scenario-planning mindsetAbility to operate effectively in ambiguous, unstructured environmentsSkilled in hypothesis-driven problem solving and structured thinkingStrong executive presence and influence without authorityComfort making decisions and recommendations with incomplete dataExperience in PropTech, real estate technology, the multi-family housing industry, Insurance or Payment ProcessingPrior experience supporting M&A, integrations, or value-creation initiativesCompany OverviewRealPage is the leading global provider of AI-enabled software platforms to the real estate industry.
