Requirements: 5+ years of job-related experience. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field preferred. Job Responsibilities: The Social Community Manager will be the heart and soul of GT’s online presence, driving connection, engagement, and the growth of a vibrant digital community that reflects our mission of wellness and authenticity. As the voice of GT’s across all social media platforms, you will play a crucial role in fostering meaningful interactions, responding to our community’s needs, and building lasting relationships that align with the core values of our brand. This role is pivotal in shaping an inclusive, engaged, and loyal online community, while amplifying GT’s message of wellness and authenticity at every touchpoint. You’ll be responsible for creating a space where our audience feels heard, valued, and inspired to connect with the brand on a deeper level. Respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with a tone that aligns with GT’s brand values. Address questions about our products, resolve concerns, and create a welcoming space for our audience. Proactively identify and engage with like-minded individuals, groups, and potential followers to expand our audience and amplify our presence. Spark conversations that foster connection, promote brand loyalty, and align with our mission of wellness. Embody and maintain GT’s brand voice and tone in every social media interaction, ensuring consistency across platforms. Develop and execute strategies to increase follower engagement, drive community involvement, and grow our online audience authentically. Identify and communicate with potential partners, including influencers, brand ambassadors, and online communities that align with GT’s values. Collaborate with the Social Media, Brand and Consumer Relations team to support content calendar development, campaign ideation, and account management. Monitor trends and opportunities in the social media space to keep GT’s innovative and relevant. Report on key takeaways & collaborating cross functional teams on implications and learnings. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, in support of team and business objectives. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Demonstrates passion for accuracy in both minor and significant workstreams Ability to project manage, set deadlines, and consistently deliver; manage projects and initiatives to completion Leverages analytical tools to measure performance and inform future campaigns Works cross functionally within the Marketing department and with external agencies Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Deep familiarity with key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, etc.). Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic about building meaningful connections online. Quick to adapt and responsive to community needs, feedback, and trends. Passionate about wellness and living foods, with a deep understanding of GT’s mission. Additional Skills: Experience in CPG, Food & Beverage (restaurant, retail locations), Health & Wellness. Strong understanding of implementing & optimizing paid posts across all platforms.
