We're seeking an experienced CPC Processor Customer Support Representative to join our high-performing, values-driven team. **About the Role:**
This is a remote, full-time position with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST. As a CPC Processor Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for processing medical record requests, taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys, and providing medical record status updates. You'll also be documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors and be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or related field

* Ability to work in a high-volume production environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy
